I have gone to Lexus of Clearwater for several cars because of their professionalism and attention to making the customer feel valued. Also, I love my service writer, Michelle. I feel she has always been fair and honest with me about what my car needs.

They communicate well and are very courteous. I was able to an appointment quickly and when was convenient for me.

Appointment was scheduled without any problems and was met with very friendly staff. Requested a loaner vehicle and it was available when I arrived. My vehicle was serviced quickly and was able to drive home quickly.

The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. They deliver as promised in a most efficient manner.

The people are nice to deal with but do not seem to have adequate management. No two service advisors have the same information. I got my vehicle back from a service and something simple didn’t work when I got it home. When I called to find out how to fix it I had to make an appointment to bring it back. Fortunately I stumbled on to the solution before having to drive 25 miles back. They were also confused over a factory recall. They told me a tire rotation was $67 and then on the next visit it was free. I also had to pay $150 deposit for a loaner car and have not gotten it back after 2 days. If I had not prepaid too much for several oil changes I would not be going back. I actually prefer to change my oil myself because it is faster and done right. I’m sure new management could straighten this place out. Turnover seems high and that leads to the problems.
